If I already have an estimate from the insurance company or another body shop, do I still need to come in for an estimate appointment?

Although you have an initial estimate from the insurance company or another body shop, we require a physical inspection of your vehicle. This allows our estimator and technician to review the damage in person and ensure that the estimate is as accurate and comprehensive as possible.
Will aftermarket parts be used on my vehicle?

Some insurance companies require the use of aftermarket parts when available. If they are not available, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts will be used. If aftermarket parts are available but you prefer OEM, you may choose to pay the difference in part cost.
How do I get into a rental car after dropping off my vehicle?
Is there any care you recommend after repairs?

Please avoid automated or drive-through car washes, detailing products such as waxes or polishes, as well as the installation of ceramic coating or clear protective film for at least 90 days following your repair. During this time, you may hand wash your vehicle with silicone free products, mild soap, water and a soft cloth or sponge.
When do I pay my deductible and what if the accident isn’t my fault?

Your deductible must be paid to the repair facility at the time of vehicle pickup upon completion of repairs. In the event that you are not at fault for the accident, your insurance provider will either notify the repair facility or work directly with you to reimburse your deductible.
